Franchisee must deliver to Franchisor, within 60 days of Franchisor approving the site, a copy of the proposed Lease, in a form acceptable to Franchisor, and such Lease must incorporate the terms of the Lease Addendum attached to this Agreement as Attachment F.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Big Air Trampoline Park's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the proposed lease must be in a form acceptable to the Franchisor and incorporate the terms of the Lease Addendum attached to the Franchise Agreement as Attachment F. The franchisee is required to deliver a copy of the proposed lease to Big Air Trampoline Park within 60 days of the franchisor approving the site.
Before any lease is accepted by Big Air Trampoline Park, the franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the lease must include the terms of the Lease Addendum, which is attached to the agreement as Attachment F.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that Big Air Trampoline Park retains the right to approve the lease and the site. Failing to obtain this approval within 180 days after the Franchise Agreement's effective date may allow Big Air Trampoline Park to terminate the agreement.
