We have standards and specifications for your Big Air Trampoline Facility, equipment, uniforms, supplies, forms, Products, Services, advertising materials and most other services and products used in, sold or provided through your Big Air Trampoline Business. We will notify you of our specifications and standards. To maintain our standards of consistent, high quality Products, customer recognition, advertising support, value and uniformity in Big Air Trampoline Businesses, you must purchase or lease all of your required equipment, supplies, fixtures, inventory, goods, services and Products used in or sold through your Big Air Trampoline Business, per our specifications and standards, only from us or our approved or designated suppliers and distributors. Staples Promotional Products is the exclusive supplier of merchandise and supplies for Big Air. The names of our approved suppliers will be provided in the confidential operations manual. We are not, nor are any persons affiliated with us, an approved supplier, but we reserve the right to become an approved supplier at any time in our discretion.

Staples Promotional Products is identified as the exclusive supplier of merchandise and supplies for Big Air Trampoline Park.
This requirement ensures uniformity and quality across all Big Air Trampoline Park locations, maintaining consistent product standards and customer recognition. However, it also limits a franchisee's autonomy in sourcing products and potentially impacts their costs, as they must adhere to the franchisor's approved suppliers, even if alternative suppliers offer better prices. The FDD states that the purchase of supplies, equipment, inventory, fixtures, goods, services and Products from Big Air Trampoline Park or its designated or approved sources will be approximately 38% to 50% of the total cost to establish a Big Air Trampoline Business and 3% to 8% of the total cost of operating a Big Air Trampoline Business.

Big Air Trampoline Park will respond to requests for approval to purchase equipment other than the Computer System, Software, trampolines and pizza oven within 10 business days from the date the request is received.
Big Air Trampoline Park also negotiates purchase arrangements with suppliers and distributors and reserves the right to receive rebates on volume discounts. While the FDD states that Big Air Trampoline Park has not received any referral fees from approved or designated suppliers as of the date of the document, they may derive revenue from franchisee purchases in the future. Franchisees should be aware of these potential revenue streams for the franchisor, as they could influence supplier selections.
