Big_Air_Trampoline_Park Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
If you are granted the right to enter into a Multi-Unit Development Agreement to open and operate more than 1 Big Air Trampoline Facility, you must sign a separate Franchise Agreement for each Big Air Trampoline Facility that you operate. Under the terms of our Multi-Unit Development Agreement, you agree to open 1 or more Big Air Trampoline Facilities each year within a particular Development Territory according to a development schedule ("Development Schedule"). You must sign a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document for your first Big Air Trampoline Facility when you sign the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. We will require you to sign our then-current form of Franchise Agreement, which may be materially different from the form of agreement in this Franchise Disclosure Document, after that for each Big Air Trampoline Facility that you develop under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, any reference in this Franchise Disclosure Document to "you" or "Franchisee" includes you both as a Multi-Unit Developer under a Multi-Unit Development Agreement and as Franchisee under a Franchise Agreement. The terms of future franchise arrangements may vary from the franchise offered under this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Big Air Trampoline Park offers Multi-Unit Development Agreements, requiring franchisees to adhere to a 'Development Schedule.' This schedule mandates the opening of one or more Big Air Trampoline Park facilities each year within a designated Development Territory.
For prospective multi-unit developers, this means committing to a specific expansion timeline outlined in the Development Schedule. Franchisees must sign a Franchise Agreement, using the form attached to the FDD, for their first Big Air Trampoline Park facility upon signing the Multi-Unit Development Agreement. However, for subsequent locations developed under the agreement, Big Air Trampoline Park requires franchisees to sign their then-current form of Franchise Agreement, which may differ materially from the initial agreement.
This condition introduces an element of uncertainty, as the terms of future franchise agreements may vary from those initially presented. Multi-unit developers should carefully consider the implications of potential changes to the Franchise Agreement for each new location they plan to open. It is important to note that any references to 'you' or 'Franchisee' in the FDD include both the Multi-Unit Developer and the Franchisee, highlighting that the terms apply to both roles.
