Franchisee shall also submit to Franchisor current financial statements and other reports as Franchisor may reasonably request to evaluate or compile research and performance data on any operational aspect of the Big Air Trampoline Business.
Franchisee shall submit Individual Advertising Expense statements to Franchisor once each quarter, in Franchisor's sole discretion, beginning July 1 of each year.
On or before April 15 of each year, Franchisee shall provide Franchisor with a copy of its federal tax return for the previous tax year.
