Training will occur after you sign the Franchise Agreement and while you are developing the Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant. You and your attendees must complete the entire training program to our satisfaction at least one (1) day before you may open your Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant. If you or your attendees do not successfully graduate our training program, you will have to attend the entire program again at your cost prior to the opening of your Affiliate Franchised Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant (see section 6.1 of the MFA).
