Franchisees must also maintain uniform standards of quality, appearance, and display of Bhc's marks in accordance with the franchise agreement and the operations manual. Any changes to the standard menu format must be approved in writing by Bhc. These standards aim to ensure consistency and protect the brand's integrity across all franchise locations.
