According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the transportation, wages, and benefits of each trainee during the training period. This is a standard practice in the franchise industry, as the franchisee directly benefits from the training of their employees. These costs are in addition to the training fee that the Affiliate Franchisee pays, as well as all accommodation, transportation, meals, daily allowances and other costs and expenses for the Franchisor's trainer(s) to train the Affiliate Franchisee personnel at the Master Franchised BHC Restaurant or other location designated by us.
