What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Affiliate Franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with the Franchisor's trainers. This includes accommodation, transportation, meals, daily allowances, and any other costs and expenses incurred while the trainers are training the Affiliate Franchisee's personnel. The training will take place either at the Master Franchised Bhc Restaurant location or another location designated by Bhc.
This means that as a prospective Bhc franchisee, you will need to budget for these training-related expenses in addition to the training fee itself. The FDD indicates that the amount listed for the training fee includes the estimated costs and expenses for Bhc's trainers, as well as additional expenses for the franchisee and one other person to attend the initial training program.
It is important to note that these costs can vary depending on the location of the training, the duration of the training, and the number of trainers involved. Therefore, it is advisable to clarify the expected costs with Bhc during the due diligence process to ensure accurate financial planning. Understanding these responsibilities is crucial for managing the initial investment and operational costs associated with opening a Bhc franchise.
