"BHC Products" mean any product or service we authorize to be provided at BHC Restaurants under the System, as we may amend from time to time, with the understanding that any such products and services, including pre-packaged or ready-to-drink products and/or related merchandise or services, may only be offered to Affiliate Franchisees and Subfranchisees located within the Development Area, and not through any other distribution channels.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, "Bhc Products" are any product or service that Bhc authorizes to be provided at Bhc Restaurants under the System. These products and services may be amended from time to time by Bhc.
Bhc Products, including pre-packaged or ready-to-drink products, related merchandise, and services, may only be offered to Affiliate Franchisees and Subfranchisees located within the Development Area. This means that the Master Franchisee can only distribute these products through their own Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurants or through Subfranchised BHC Restaurants within their designated territory. They cannot use other distribution channels to sell Bhc Products.
This restriction ensures that Bhc maintains control over the distribution of its products and services, and that the Master Franchisee focuses on developing the Bhc brand within their assigned Development Area through the established franchise network. It also prevents potential conflicts of interest or competition between the Master Franchisee's distribution efforts and Bhc's overall strategy.
