What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to maintain brand consistency and customer experience, Bhc requires Master Franchisees and Subfranchisees to purchase standard uniforms and attire for all restaurant personnel from specific sources. These sources include an e-Bhc Restaurant set up by Bhc, or from other manufacturers or distributors that Bhc has designated or approved.

This requirement ensures that all Bhc locations maintain a consistent brand image and quality of service. By mandating specific suppliers for uniforms and attire, Bhc can control the appearance of its staff and ensure that they meet the brand's standards.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they will not have the freedom to choose their own uniform suppliers. Instead, they must adhere to Bhc's approved vendors, which may impact costs and logistics. It is important for potential franchisees to understand these requirements and factor them into their business planning.
