What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bhc will conduct three on-site visits to the BHC Restaurant before opening for inspection without incurring additional fees. These visits include a complete final "walk through" inspection of the BHC Restaurant.
Any deficiencies noted during these inspections must be corrected within 30 days. Failure to correct these deficiencies may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement without any liability to Bhc.
If Bhc provides any additional on-site visits after the initial three, the franchisee must reimburse Bhc for the actual costs of each additional visit. These actual costs include the then-current daily allowance, travel, meals, and boarding expenses for Bhc's staff, as per their then-current daily allowance policy.
