What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bhc does not make any representations regarding the past financial performance of either company-owned or franchised restaurants. Bhc also does not authorize its employees or representatives to make such representations, whether orally or in writing.
However, if a prospective franchisee is considering purchasing an existing Bhc Restaurant, Bhc may provide the actual financial records of that specific restaurant. This allows the potential franchisee to review the financial history of that particular location.
The FDD advises that if a prospective franchisee receives any other financial performance information or projections about future income, they should report it to Bhc's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies. This is to ensure that any financial information received is vetted and accurate, protecting the potential franchisee from misleading claims.
