What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the location, duration, frequency, and content of any additional required meetings, conventions, or conferences depend on the frequency with which new products or services are introduced to the Bhc system.

Bhc may also periodically conduct an annual conference, convention, or training session, and if they do, they will determine its duration, curriculum, and location. Attendance of at least one Principal Equity Operator at these meetings will be mandatory (and is highly recommended for your General Manager and all other Principal Equity Operators).

Franchisees or their General Manager must attend any annual meeting, convention or conference of franchisees and all meetings related to new products or product preparation procedures, new operational procedures or programs, training, management, sales or sales promotion or similar topics that Bhc offers, at their own expense. Bhc does not anticipate requiring franchisees to attend meetings for more than ten days during any calendar year. Franchisees are responsible for all related travel and living expenses associated with attending any additional meetings, conventions, or conferences.
