You and your attendees must complete the entire Initial Training to our satisfaction before you may open your Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant. If you or your attendees do not successfully graduate our Initial Training, you will have to attend the entire program again at your cost prior the opening of your Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant. We reserve the right to vary the length and content of the Initial Training based upon the experience and skill level of the individual attending the Initial Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you or your attendees do not successfully graduate from the initial training program, you will be required to attend the entire program again. This repeat attendance will be at your own cost and must occur before you are allowed to open your Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant. This policy ensures that all franchisees and their staff meet Bhc's standards before commencing operations.
This requirement underscores the importance Bhc places on proper training and adherence to its operational standards. The cost of re-training can be a significant expense for franchisees, highlighting the need for careful selection of trainees and thorough preparation. Franchisees should factor in potential re-training costs when budgeting for the initial setup and training phase.
Bhc also retains the discretion to modify the length and content of the Initial Training based on the attendee's experience and skill level. While no additional training programs or refresher courses are mandatory, Bhc may provide them. Franchisees can also request additional on-site training or assistance, though Bhc is not obligated to fulfill these requests. This flexibility allows Bhc to tailor training to individual needs while maintaining overall quality control across its franchise network.
