What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the General Manager of a Bhc franchise is restricted from engaging in other business activities during normal business hours. The General Manager must devote their entire time during normal business hours, as defined in the Operations Manual, to the management, operation, and development of the Franchised Business.

This requirement ensures that the General Manager is fully dedicated to the Bhc franchise, focusing on its success and day-to-day operations. The General Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure that the franchisee meets its obligations to customers in a timely and professional manner.

This restriction is in place to maintain the quality and consistency of the Bhc brand. By preventing the General Manager from splitting their time and attention, Bhc aims to ensure that each franchise operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to the standards set forth in the Operations Manual. This commitment is crucial for upholding the brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.
