What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to maintain brand consistency and customer experience, Bhc franchisees are required to obtain standard uniforms and attire for all personnel from specific sources. These sources include an e-Bhc Restaurant set up by Bhc, or from other manufacturers or distributors that Bhc has designated or approved.
This requirement ensures that all staff members at every Bhc franchise location wear uniforms that meet Bhc's standards, contributing to a consistent brand image. By mandating specific suppliers, Bhc aims to control the quality and appearance of the uniforms, which directly impacts customer perception and the overall brand reputation.
For a prospective franchisee, this means they must factor in the cost of uniforms and attire when budgeting for their initial investment and ongoing operational expenses. It also means they will not have the freedom to choose their own suppliers based on price or other factors, as they are restricted to Bhc's approved vendors. This is a common practice in franchising to maintain uniformity and quality control across all locations.
