What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to obtain standard uniforms and attire for all personnel from specific sources. To maintain brand consistency and customer experience, Bhc mandates that franchisees purchase these items from an e-Bhc Restaurant set up by the company, or from other manufacturers or distributors that Bhc has designated or approved.

This requirement ensures that all Bhc locations maintain a uniform appearance, which is a common practice in franchising to strengthen brand recognition. By controlling the source of uniforms, Bhc can ensure quality and adherence to brand standards.

For a prospective franchisee, this means they will not have the flexibility to choose their own uniform suppliers. Instead, they must purchase from the approved vendors, which may impact costs and sourcing logistics. It is important for potential franchisees to understand these requirements and factor them into their initial investment and ongoing operational expenses.
