Franchisee also agrees (i) to have any affected employee of Franchisee who is not a Principal Equity Operator sign a release in the form contained in the Operations Manual authorizing Franchisor to also use the employee's name, image and likeness for the purposes described in this section 9.1(d), without compensation or remuneration, and (ii) to provide Franchisor with a copy of such signed release.
The terms of this section 9.1(d) survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the form that employees must sign to release their name, image, and likeness for commercial use by Bhc is located in the Operations Manual. Franchisees are required to have any employee who is not a Principal Equity Operator sign this release.
This release authorizes Bhc to use the employee's name, image, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Bhc brand, Intellectual Property, BHC Products, any BHC business location, and the System. The employee will not receive any compensation or remuneration for this use.
Franchisees are responsible for providing Bhc with a copy of the signed release. This requirement and the rights granted to Bhc regarding the use of names, images, and likenesses survive the termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement.
