A list of the names of all franchisees and the addresses and telephone numbers of the franchises will be provided in Exhibit C to this disclosure document when applicable. The name, city, state and current business telephone number (or if unknown, the last known telephone number) of every franchisee who had a franchise terminated, cancelled, not renewed or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the applicable Agreement during the most recently completed fiscal year or who has not communicated with us within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this disclosure document will be listed on Exhibit F to this disclosure document when applicable. If you buy a BHC Restaurant, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the franchise system. Because BHC Restaurant franchise has yet to be offered, there is no available list of current franchisees or any franchisee who had a BHC Restaurant terminated, canceled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business during the most recently completed fiscal year or who has not communicated with the franchisor within 10 weeks of the disclosure document issuance date.
