Franchisor uses available demographic information to evaluate the site and the area in which it is located, and analyze area income figures, traffic patterns, visibility, population density, competition, zoning, parking, accessibility, and other related, relevant circumstances.
Franchisor's final review and consent to the location of Franchisee's Franchised BHC Restaurant is not a guarantee that a BHC business can be successfully operated there or anywhere else.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when evaluating a potential site for a restaurant, Bhc uses available demographic information to evaluate the site and the area in which it is located. Bhc analyzes area income figures, traffic patterns, visibility, population density, competition, zoning, parking, accessibility, and other related, relevant circumstances.
Bhc does not guarantee that a Bhc business can be successfully operated at a location even after the franchisor's final review and consent. The franchisee or master franchisee is generally responsible for locating and securing suitable premises, although Bhc may offer assistance in the site selection process. However, Bhc retains the sole right of final review and consent for any restaurant location.
Before commencing leasehold improvements, the franchisee or master franchisee must submit final plans and specifications to Bhc for approval. Bhc also requires access to the restaurant site during the construction phase and may request alterations or modifications as deemed necessary. Franchisees are responsible for fees associated with site design and review, as well as inspection fees prior to opening.
