The individuals at BHC who has management responsibility are as follows:
Chief Executive Officer: David Hosup Song
Mr. David Hosup Song has been BHC's Chief Executive Officer since December 2023 to current. Mr. Song has been with BHC Korea since 2023 where he served as the CEO of the overseas business department.
Managing Director / Head of US: Brian Shin.
Mr. Brian Shin has been BHC's Managing Director / Head of US since August 2024 to current. Prior to this, he was with Restaurant Brands International since 2017 and served in numerous roles, including Head of Franchising and Franchise Business Partner for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
- (v) Training Instructor: Brian Shin has been with BHC USA LLC since 2024 where he served as the Head of US for BHC-owned Restaurants.
The below training instructors we provide are starting their initial year with the Franchisor but will have had approximately 7-10 years of experience in the field with regard to each subject being taught.
