- (2) After you commence operations of your Master Franchisee Business, we will:
- (i) Provide opening support services to you immediately before the opening of your first Affiliate Franchised BHC Restaurant in the Development Area as described below.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after commencing operations of a Master Franchisee Business, Bhc will provide opening support services immediately before the opening of the first Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant in the Development Area.
Prior to opening an Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant, Bhc will train the franchisee and their manager-level employees to operate a Bhc Restaurant. This Initial Training lasts approximately six to seven days (54 to 63 hours), though the specific number of days depends on Bhc's assessment of the franchisee's experience and needs. The training will occur after signing the Master Franchise Agreement (MFA) and while developing the first Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant.
The franchisee and their attendees must complete the entire Initial Training to Bhc's satisfaction before opening the Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant. If the initial training is not successfully completed, the franchisee will have to attend the entire program again at their own cost before opening the Affiliate Franchised Bhc Restaurant.
