What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, ancillary products are items that franchisees must purchase and sell in addition to the core BHC Products. These ancillary products may include items such as books, specialty foods, packaged foods, hats, t-shirts, and novelty items. The specific ancillary products that franchisees are required to carry are determined and specified periodically by Bhc.

Bhc requires franchisees to purchase all products offered at the Franchised BHC Restaurant, including ancillary products, exclusively from Bhc or its designated suppliers. This ensures consistency and quality across all franchise locations. Franchisees must maintain sufficient inventory of these ancillary products to meet consumer demand.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that the range of ancillary products may change over time, as Bhc periodically updates its specifications. This means franchisees need to stay informed about any changes to the required or approved ancillary products and adjust their inventory accordingly. While offering ancillary products can increase revenue, franchisees should carefully manage their inventory to avoid overstocking or running out of popular items.
