What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to pay a $2,500 Site Design Review Fee to the franchisor. This fee covers the costs and expenses that Bhc incurs while providing the site design review.
In addition to the Site Design Review Fee, the franchisee must also pay a separate Site Review Fee, which ranges from $2,000 to $4,000. Both of these fees are associated with the franchisor's review and consent of the franchisee's chosen location for their Bhc restaurant.
It is important to note that while Bhc may assist in the site selection process, the final decision rests with the franchisor. However, the franchisor's approval of a site does not guarantee the success of the Bhc business at that location. The franchisee is also responsible for employing architects, designers, and engineers to adapt the sample plans and specifications for the restaurant, as well as managing all licensing-related matters.
