What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bhc's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bhc can change its address for receiving notices. The document states that Bhc may change its address by providing written notice of the new address to the Landlord.

This means that if Bhc decides to use a different address for official correspondence, it must inform the Landlord in writing. This ensures that the Landlord has the most current contact information for Bhc.

For a prospective franchisee, this clause is important because it clarifies the formal communication channels and ensures that any changes in contact information are properly documented and communicated. It is the Landlord's responsibility to notify both the Tenant and Bhc of any changes to their mailing address.
