As of the date of this Disclosure Document, you must offer and accept the use of the XPASS reciprocity program, which permits members from your Studio, other BFT Studios, and the other Xponential Brands' studios to use your Studio. However, the XPASS reciprocity program is currently in the process of being discontinued and will only be available to employees of Xponential or its affiliates.
