According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee needs to meet specific conditions for Bft to consider approving a relocation request. Bft retains sole discretion over relocation approvals.
A franchisee must pay Bft a $5,000 relocation fee when submitting the relocation request. However, paying the fee does not guarantee approval. Bft is unlikely to approve a relocation unless the request is due to extreme circumstances beyond the franchisee's control. Additionally, the franchisee must be in full compliance with the franchise agreement at the time of the request.
