We may re-inspect and/or revoke our approval of a supplier or item at any time and for any reason to protect the best interests and goodwill of our System and Marks. The revocation of a previously approved product or alternative supplier is effective immediately when you receive written notice from us of revocation and, following receipt of our notice, you may not place any new orders for the revoked product, or with the revoked supplier.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bft Franchise Disclosure Document, Bft has the right to re-inspect or revoke approval of a supplier or item at any time and for any reason. This is to protect the best interests and goodwill of the Bft system and its marks.
This means that even if a supplier or product is initially approved, Bft can change its mind later. The revocation is effective immediately once the franchisee receives written notice from Bft. After receiving the notice, the franchisee is prohibited from placing any new orders for the revoked product or with the revoked supplier.
This clause gives Bft significant control over the supply chain and product quality within its franchise system. It also means that a Bft franchisee could be forced to switch suppliers or products with little notice, potentially disrupting their business operations. Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the risks and benefits of investing in a Bft franchise.
