According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program utilizes the Learning Management System and other written materials as training materials. This program is designed for the owner/operator or the designated manager of the Bft studio.
The Learning Management System (LMS) is a key component of the training, providing mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures. Bft retains ownership of the LMS and may modify it over time. The LMS also provides access to Bft's confidential operations manual, which comprises four sub-manuals and currently consists of approximately 151 pages.
Prospective franchisees should recognize the importance of the LMS and written materials in understanding Bft's operational standards and procedures. The initial training program is typically provided within 30 days prior to the studio opening, but the timing is subject to the availability and schedules of Bft's training personnel. Franchisees are responsible for covering the costs and expenses associated with their personnel attending the Initial Training Program.
