BFT FRANCHISE SPV, LLC MULTI-UNIT AGREEMENT
This Multi-Unit Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of the Effective Date by and between BFT FRANCHISE SPV, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal business address at 17877 Von Karman Ave., Suite 100 Irvine, CA 92614 ("Franchisor"), and the person or entity identified as the "Developer" in the signature blocks below ("Developer," and together with Franchisor, the "Parties"). The Effective Date is the date Franchisor signs this Agreement as shown beneath its signature hereto.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Developer' is a party entering into a Multi-Unit Agreement with Bft Franchise SPV, LLC ('Franchisor'). The Developer is the person or entity identified as such in the signature blocks of the Multi-Unit Agreement. The Multi-Unit Agreement grants the Developer rights to develop multiple Bft fitness studios.
The Developer's role is further defined by a Rider to the Multi-Unit Agreement, which addresses specific legal considerations based on the state where the Developer resides or where the studios will be developed. For example, Riders included in the FDD address legal considerations for those developing in Maryland, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Illinois. These riders modify certain terms of the Multi-Unit Agreement to comply with state-specific franchise laws.
