What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 FDD, Bft does not make any financial performance representations beyond what is included in Item 19. Bft does not assume responsibility for the financial performance of its franchisees. Item 19 of the FDD states that individual results may vary, and there is no assurance that a franchisee will earn as much as some studios have.
Bft emphasizes that they do not authorize employees or representatives to make financial performance representations, either orally or in writing. If a prospective franchisee receives any financial performance information or projections of future income from sources other than the FDD, they are instructed to report it to Bft's Brand President, Niklaus Kish, at BFT Franchise SPV, LLC, as well as to the Federal Trade Commission and appropriate state regulatory agencies.
This disclaimer is a standard practice in franchising to protect the franchisor from liability due to varying franchisee performance. It underscores the importance of conducting independent research and due diligence, including consulting with financial advisors, before investing in a Bft franchise. Prospective franchisees should rely on their own analysis and not solely on any representations made outside of the official FDD.
