What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 FDD, the excerpts provided do not detail Mark King's business experience in Item 2, so a relationship between his experience and the pre-opening assistance Bft provides to franchisees in Item 11 cannot be established. Item 11 does describe the pre-opening assistance that Bft offers to franchisees.

Specifically, Bft provides franchisees (or their Operating Principal) and Designated Manager with the Owner/Operator Training Module and Designated Manager Training Module, respectively. This Initial Training Program is typically provided within thirty days before the studio opening and can be held at Bft's corporate headquarters, another designated training facility, or virtually.

Additionally, Bft offers Pre-Opening Instructor Training to individuals designated as prospective Authorized Instructors. If a franchisee is not on-site to manage day-to-day operations, they must appoint a Designated Manager who completes the Designated Manager Training Program. The Learning Management System, containing mandatory specifications, standards, and procedures, is also provided to franchisees, including a confidential operations manual of approximately 151 pages.

To understand how Mark King's experience influences the pre-opening support, a prospective franchisee should review Item 2 of the FDD for details on his background and ask Bft how his expertise is incorporated into the training programs and operational guidance offered to new franchisees.
