What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will pay a reduced Technology Fee of $250 during the Pre-Sales Phase. This Pre-Sales Phase is estimated to begin five months prior to the studio's soft opening.
In addition to the reduced Technology Fee, franchisees are also obligated to pay a Technology Fee of $715 per month and a Software Fee of $203 per month.
