2 Initial Franchise Fee. The Initial Franchise Fee is non-refundable. The Initial Franchise Fee for a single Studio is $60,000. We do not provide financing for the Initial Franchise Fee. As provided in Item 5, if this is your (or your affiliates') second Studio, the Initial Franchise Fee will be reduced to $50,000, and if this is your (or your affiliates') third or subsequent Studio, this Initial Franchise Fee will be reduced to $40,000.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is reduced for franchisees who purchase multiple studios. The standard initial franchise fee for a single Bft studio is $60,000. However, if a franchisee (or their affiliates) opens a second Bft studio, the initial franchise fee is reduced to $50,000.
For franchisees who open a third or subsequent Bft studio, the initial franchise fee is further reduced to $40,000. This reduction in the initial franchise fee can significantly lower the upfront investment for existing franchisees looking to expand their Bft business by opening additional locations.
It is important to note that this reduced fee applies only to the initial franchise fee itself. Other fees and expenses associated with opening a new Bft studio, such as real estate costs, equipment purchases, and marketing expenses, will still apply. Additionally, if a franchise broker is owed a commission for the additional franchise, the franchisee will pay Bft an additional sourcing fee of $28,000, in addition to the reduced initial franchise fee.
