What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Fundamentals Training Program' is designed to provide individuals with guidelines and information on how to provide approved services in accordance with Bft's current System Standards. This program is a proprietary training initiative.
To become an Authorized Instructor at a Bft studio, an individual must attend and complete both the Pre-Opening Instructor Training and the Fundamentals Training Program. This ensures that all instructors are properly trained and capable of delivering Bft's fitness programs according to the brand's standards.
This requirement ensures consistency and quality across all Bft studios, as all Authorized Instructors must adhere to the same System Standards. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must ensure their instructors complete both training programs to maintain compliance and deliver the approved services effectively.
