What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Pre-Opening Instructor Training is currently held virtually, but Bft may require attendance at an in-person training in the future. The Pre-Opening Instructor Training includes approximately 17 hours of online instruction and 16 hours of in-studio training, totaling 33 hours. Head Coaches must complete an additional 8 hours.
This means that prospective franchisees and their instructors should be prepared to complete a significant portion of the training online. However, they should also be aware that Bft retains the right to mandate in-person training in the future, which could involve additional travel and associated costs.
