What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Steven Stonehouse, the Vice President of Programming & Education, oversees most aspects of the Pre-Opening Instructor Training. Stonehouse has been affiliated with Bft since its inception and possesses over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Bft may substitute other instructors to provide certain parts of the Initial Training Program or Pre-Opening Instructor Training. However, these individuals must have completed the appropriate portion of the Pre-Opening Instructor Training on which they provide instruction.
This indicates that Bft places a strong emphasis on qualified personnel to train new instructors, ensuring consistency and quality in the delivery of their fitness programs. Franchisees can expect that the training provided to their instructors will be overseen by an experienced professional and potentially supplemented by other qualified trainers.
