Our affiliate, Rumble Franchise SPV, LLC ("RF SPV"), a Delaware limited liability company, has offered franchises for fitness studios that offer and provide boxing classes/instruction and other related exercise classes under the RUMBLE® trademark ("Rumble Studios") since April 2023. Our affiliate, and predecessor to RF SPV, Rumble Franchise, LLC ("RF"), a Delaware limited liability company, previously offered franchises for Rumble Studios from March 2021 through March 2023. The franchise agreements, area development agreements, and certain other agreements related to Rumble Studios that were signed by RF before the Reorganization were assigned to RF SPV as of December 31, 2023. As of December 31, 2024, there were 84 franchised Rumble Studios in operation.
