What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bft may require franchisees and their management personnel to attend up to five days of additional or refresher training each year. This training is provided without a specific training fee, meaning Bft will not directly charge for the instruction itself.

However, Bft can also require up to five additional days of training if the franchisee is not operating the studio in accordance with the franchise agreement or the Learning Management System, or if the franchisee is in material default of the agreement. This remedial training is designed to address the specific issues of non-compliance.

Unlike the general additional training, Bft may require the franchisee and their designated trainees to pay a training fee for attending this remedial training. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs and time commitment associated with both types of required training when evaluating the Bft franchise opportunity.
