What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bft Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program for the Owner/Operator and Designated Manager will be provided at Bft's corporate headquarters or another training facility that Bft designates. This training may also be conducted virtually.

This Initial Training Program is provided to the franchisee (or the Operating Principal if the franchisee is an entity) and the Designated Manager (if one is appointed). The training must be completed before the Studio's Soft Opening. While there is no set schedule for these training classes, Bft will schedule the program based on the franchisee's and Bft's availability, as well as the projected opening date of the Studio.

If a franchisee is purchasing an existing Bft studio, all required training must be completed before the franchisee takes over operations. Bft may also provide and require up to five days of additional training each year at their designated training facility. Franchisees are responsible for the costs and expenses associated with attending any additional training.
