Prior to you attending your required initial training, we will provide you access to the Learning Management System, which contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards and procedures.
The Learning Management System is confidential and remains our property.
We may modify the Learning Management System. (Franchise Agreement, Section 6.3).
Within the Learning Management System, you will be provided our confidential operations manual (comprised of four sub-manuals), which currently comprises approximately 151 pages.
The Table of Contents of our operations manual is attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit F.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Learning Management System contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and procedures. It also includes Bft's confidential operations manual, which is comprised of four sub-manuals and is approximately 151 pages. The table of contents of the operations manual is attached to the Disclosure Document as Exhibit F.
Furthermore, the Learning Management System provides specifications for the layout and design of the studio, as well as a list of the components of the Fitness Equipment & Initial FF&E Package, other furnishings, other supplies, and signs to be used in the studio, along with a list of approved suppliers. The Learning Management System also sets forth the social media guidelines, code of conduct, and etiquette regarding social media activities.
Bft may modify the Learning Management System at any time, as it remains Bft's property. Franchisees are required to adhere to the standards and requirements detailed within the Learning Management System, which may be updated to reflect changes in marketing conditions, business operating needs, or technology.
