What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Instructor Training Fee of $5,000 covers the training program for all instructors hired before the Studio's Soft Opening. This fee is payable before the start of the Pre-Opening Instructor Training.

The Initial Instructor Training Fee does not cover any personnel-related expenses for instructors attending or participating in the training. This means that franchisees are responsible for covering costs such as travel, accommodation, and wages for their instructors during the training period.

This fee is uniformly imposed, payable in a lump sum, and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Therefore, prospective Bft franchisees should factor in these additional personnel costs when budgeting for their initial investment and ensure their instructors are fully trained before offering any approved services at their studio.
