All persons required to complete the Owner/Operator Module, the Designated Manager Training Program and the Pre-Opening Instructor Training must do so prior to engaging in any activities related to the operation of the Studio. The specifics of each of the foregoing training programs shall be set forth in the Learning Management System. All such training is conducted, at Franchisor's option, at Franchisor's corporate headquarters or another training facility Franchisor designates. At Franchisee's option, one (1) or more other individuals that will be responsible for providing the Approved Services at the Studio must participate and complete Pre-Opening Instructor Training. These training programs are conducted at Bft's corporate headquarters or another designated training facility, at Bft's discretion.
Specifically, the franchisee or at least one operating principal must complete the Owner/Operator Module and the Initial Training Program. Each instructor engaged to provide approved services at the Bft studio must complete the Pre-Opening Instructor Training. This ensures that all personnel are adequately prepared and knowledgeable before commencing any operational or instructional duties.
Failure to ensure that all required personnel successfully complete the applicable training before the studio's soft opening may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, Bft may terminate the agreement if the franchisee permits approved services to be provided by any individual who has not completed the Pre-Opening Instructor Training. This highlights the importance Bft places on proper training and adherence to its standards.
Bft also requires that at least one individual who has completed the Pre-Opening Instructor Training be present at the studio at all times when approved services are being provided. Franchisees must ensure that any Pre-Opening Instructor Training held at the studio is performed according to system standards, and that all participants successfully complete the program and pass any associated tests. Bft retains the right to inspect and audit the studio's operations to verify that all required personnel have participated in and successfully completed the necessary training programs and tests.
