What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Bft provides additional training to franchisees or their employees at the franchisee's request, the franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with that training. This includes costs and expenses for the franchisee and their designated personnel to attend any additional training.
This means that while Bft may offer further training beyond the initial program, franchisees should budget for these potential expenses. These costs can include travel, accommodation, and potentially a training fee charged by Bft, depending on whether the training is requested by the franchisee.
Franchisees should carefully consider the need for additional training and its associated costs when making staffing and operational decisions. Understanding these financial responsibilities is crucial for managing the studio's profitability and ensuring staff are adequately trained.
