What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with additional training for themselves and their employees. Specifically, Bft will provide additional training to the franchisee and their employees upon request. However, the franchisee is responsible for any and all costs associated with this additional training.

This means that while Bft offers ongoing support and training opportunities, franchisees must budget for these expenses. These costs can include tuition fees, travel expenses, accommodation, and any other related costs for both the franchisee and their staff.

It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential training costs when assessing the overall investment and operational expenses of a Bft franchise. Understanding the scope and frequency of additional training needs will help in accurate financial planning.
