The "Fitness Equipment & Initial FF&E Package" includes: (i) a Studio fixture package (comprised of a millwork bundle (front desk, retail display, cubbies), millwork accessories and other related supplies; (ii) the fitness equipment and other operational equipment we designate to be used in Studios (including cardio conditioning equipment (e.g., bikes, treadmills, rowers, ski ergs) and equipment accessories (e.g., TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, balls, mats, weight benches, boxing gloves, bags, etc.); (iii) other items related to the outfitting and design and buildout of your Studio; (iv) an initial supply of BFT3 heart rate monitors, and (v) the installation and shipping costs
