Where can I find the document to acknowledge receipt of the Bft Disclosure Document?

According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the receipt for acknowledging that you received the disclosure document is located in Exhibit M. As a prospective franchisee, you'll need to sign this receipt to confirm you've been given the FDD and have had the opportunity to review it before making any commitments or payments to Bft. This is a standard procedure in franchising, designed to protect both the franchisor and franchisee by ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Make sure to carefully read the entire FDD before signing the receipt. If you are a resident of Maryland or the franchise is to be operated in Maryland, you are not required to complete the Statement of Prospective Franchisee. Also, if you are a resident of Washington or the business that you will operate is located in Washington, do not sign the Statement of Prospective Franchisee. This Statement of Prospective Franchisee does not waive any liability we may have under the Washington Franchise Investment Protection Act, RCW 19.100, and the rules adopted thereunder.
