Bft Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We have not established other franchises or company-owned outlets or another distribution channel offering or selling similar products or services under a different trademark. We have not established, nor do we presently intend to establish, other franchised or company-owned businesses that are similar to the Studio and that sell our Approved Products and Approved Services under a different trade name or trademark, but we may do so in the future without your consent.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bft Franchise Disclosure Document, Bft has the right to establish other franchised or company-owned businesses that are similar to the Studio and sell Approved Products and Approved Services under a different trade name or trademark in the future without franchisee consent. Bft states that while they have not established such businesses yet, they may do so in the future.
Bft also reserves the right to market and sell products and services similar to those offered by the Studio under different trademarks at any location, whether inside or outside the franchisee's designated territory. Additionally, Bft can use the Marks and System to distribute Approved Products and Services through any alternative channel of distribution, including the internet and wholesale stores, within or outside the designated territory.
This means that a Bft franchisee's territory is not protected from competition from other businesses owned or franchised by Bft that offer similar services under different brand names. A prospective franchisee should consider this when evaluating the potential for competition and market saturation in their area. It is important to note that Bft has several affiliates that offer franchises using different trademarks, including CYCLEBAR, CLUB PILATES, LINDORA, PURE BARRE, RUMBLE, STRETCH LAB, and YOGA SIX.
