What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Owner/Operator Training Module includes 4 hours of classroom training dedicated to operations. This training takes place at Bft's headquarters in Irvine, CA, or virtually.
This operations training is part of the broader Initial Training Program that Bft provides to new franchisees or their Operating Principals and Designated Managers. The Initial Training Program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully launch and manage their Bft studio.
Prospective franchisees should note that the 4 hours of classroom training for operations is just one component of the overall training program. Other topics covered in the Initial Training Program include marketing, sales, retail, education, staffing, and using various software and dashboard tools.
