raining Program and/or the Pre-Opening Instructor Training, all as Franchisor determines appropriate in its discretion (collectively, the "Discretionary On-Site Assistance"). In the event Franchisor notifies Franchisee that it will be providing the Discretionary On-Site Assistance, such assistance typically lasts one (1) to two (2) days and Franchisee must ensure that Franchisee (or its Operating Principal) and all other management personnel are in attendance at the Studio during those days.
E. Ongoing/Refresher Training. Franchisor may provide, and require that Franchisee, as well as any of its management personnel attend, up to five (5) days of additional training each year at a training facility that Franchisor designates (without charging Franchisee any Training Fee as described in Section 5.5 of this Agreement). Franchisee may also request that Franchisor provide certain additional or refresher training to Franchisee, either at one (1) of Franchisor's designated training facilities or on-site at Franchisee's Studio, but Franchisor reserves the right to charge Franchisee its then-current Training Fee based on the number of days of such training that Franchisor provides at Franchisee's request.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bft's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, ongoing or refresher training can occur at one of Bft's designated training facilities or on-site at the franchisee's studio. Bft may also require franchisees, their designated managers, and authorized instructors to attend remedial training at (a) Bft's designated training facility, (b) the Studio, or (c) another location Bft designates.
Bft may request that franchisees and certain management personnel attend up to five days of additional/refresher training each year. However, Bft will not charge a training fee for this required training. Franchisees may also request additional or refresher training, but Bft reserves the right to charge its then-current training fee based on the number of days of training provided at the franchisee's request.
